Sunset Ramble
I went for a walk yesterday evening, despite having a sore foot, I know not why. I walked 30 blocks up the length of Shore Road Park overlooking the Upper New York Harbor. Then I returned home on the subway. Needless to say, I am home nursing said foot and my knee hurts, and I feel quite decrepit...

Love accompanying you on these visual tours Liv. The water and the reflecting lights look so dreamy. Very sorry to hear about your sore foot. I am sure pounding the pavement like that did not help. After my last mountain hike I had to soak sore feet in Epsom salts - boy did that help! Hope you recover soon.

Oh gosh love the third picture - I've always had a thing for threatening skies, I think they look so very grand.
Anyway, I hope your knee stops hurting soon! I know what you mean by decrepit :/ I haven't been exercising in months and I already feel like an old woman...and I'm not even 20, goodness. The other day I tried the exercise bike and I lasted, what- 5 minutes?

BH - well, now both feet are messed up! So I'm glad I captured those photos. Every day is a pretty sunset, so I could do this every day.

Let's see...if your ears are hot or ringing it means someone is talking about you. If your right ear itches, it means someone is speaking well of you. If your nose itches it means someone is thinking of visiting you. If your right hand itches it means you'll meet someone new. If your left hand itches it means you'll be getting some unexpected windfall. If your feet are itchy it also means you may have some gain coming your way.
But aching feet and knees, m'lady? Hmmm....
Maybe your subconscious is seriously thinking about kicking yourself for not having done something.
