I promised a baby blog. Selba tagged me last week for my baby photo, and then I got pics of my lovely goddaughter.
Look, the unruly hair hasn't changed much...check out the awful 1970s colours.
I can't believe my cousin is a mommy! Say hello to Jada Alyse, my cutie-pie goddaughter, born 1 March weighing 5 pounds. That baby carrier just swallows her up. Alyssa tells me she doesn't cry much. I love the top left pic because it looks like she and her mom are sharing a moment, and she looks like a doll.
I can't wait to meet her! I feel so loving in my heart when I look at her!

awwwwww, so so sweet! she has so much hair! these are adorable photos. i'm so happy for her and i hope that her daughter brings continued happiness into her life as well as everyone else.

oh yeah... nice to see them giving the baby a pacifier. they don't agree w/ them here and i've been told not to give, but i strongly believe in them. babies need to comfort suck and they're perfect for that. naief doesn't much care for it, but i'm hopefully he'll gradually warm up to them. he loves to suck on his fingers... but i'd prefer the dummy/binky.

Tooners - you're right! She does have quite a lot of hair. Looks like it will be pretty too.
I knew some babies who couldn't sleep without a dummy, and others who suck their poor lil fingers but that makes them sore and calloused.
Interesting that Naief doesn't want one.
